The 100% Acorn Fed Ibérico Ham is the hind leg of those pigs with a fully Ibérico breed genotype and that put on between 40 to 80 kg of weight during the montanera (free-range period) that represents the final fattening stage, during which they gorge on acorns, grass and products that nature offers up, all this during the months ranging from October to March.
